Conduct comprehensive UX audits of existing blockchain Dapps, crypto wallets, and consumer electronics products (drones, handheld gaming devices, smart rings)
Identify critical pain points and provide actionable, detailed feedback to technical teams
Develop UX/UI strategies that balance technical complexity with user-friendly interfaces
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility while maintaining design integrity
Establish user experience standards and guidelines across diverse product categories
Lead prototype testing and validation with real users
Translate complex blockchain and technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
5+ years of UX/UI leadership in blockchain/crypto and consumer electronics
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical systems for mainstream users
Portfolio showcasing successful UX transformations
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, web3 principles, and hardware constraints
Experience with user research methodologies and testing frameworks
Exceptional communication skills to articulate detailed feedback constructively
Background in product management, design, or technical consulting
