Provide ongoing technical support to Ethereum community members
Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and internal/external stakeholders including sales, development, and management
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently within the Ethereum ecosystem
Contribute to documentation by adding issues and solutions, and enhancing documentation as necessary
Execute SQL queries to verify user information within Ethereum applications
Collaborate with DevOps team as required
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role in the Ethereum ecosystem
Strong understanding of Ethereum, Solidity, smart contracts, web3.js, and IPFS
Proficient in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database systems
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to emerging Ethereum technologies
